Ingredients: 1 ounce Paul Beau VSOP Cognac; ½ ounce Clear Creek pear brandy; 1 ounce Pierre Ferrand dry curaçao; ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice; 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Syrup

Method

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish.
