Name: Peaches and Smoke
Ingredients: 1 peach wedge; 1½ ounces Lillet rosé; ½ ounce Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac; 1 teaspoon Laphroaig 10-year scotch; ¾ ounce Giffard Crème de Pêche; ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice; ¼ ounce simple syrup (this page); Garnish: 1 peach wedge

Ingredients

1 wedge
1½ ounces Lillet rosé
½ ounce
1 teaspoon
¾ ounce Giffard Crème de Pêche
¾ ounce fresh juice
¼ ounce simple syrup
Garnish: 1 wedge

Method

In a shaker, muddle the peach. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice, then double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the peach wedge.
