Ingredients: 1½ ounces Dolin dry vermouth; ½ ounce Clear Creek Pinot Noir grappa; 1 ounce Meletti limoncello; ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice; ¼ ounce simple syrup (this page); Garnish: 1 thyme sprig

Ingredients

1½ ounces
½ ounce Clear Creek Pinot Noir grappa
1 ounce Meletti limoncello
¾ ounce fresh juice
¼ ounce simple syrup
Garnish: 1 thyme sprig

Method

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with the thyme sprig.
