Pisco Sour

Name: Pisco Sour
Ingredients: 2 ounces Campo de Encanto Grand and Noble pisco; ½ ounce fresh lemon juice; ½ ounce fresh lime juice; ¾ ounce simple syrup (this page); 1 egg white; Garnish: 3 drops Angostura bitters

Ingredients

2 ounces Campo de Encanto Grand and Noble
½ ounce fresh juice
½ ounce fresh juice
¾ ounce simple syrup

Garnish: 3 drops

Method

Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Carefully garnish the top of the foam with the bitters.
