Ingredients: 1½ ounces manzanilla sherry; ½ ounce St-Germain; ¼ ounce Suze; ½ ounce Fusion Napa Valley verjus blanc; ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice; 2 drops Salt Solution (this page); 3 ounces Normandy sparkling apple cider; Garnish: 5 thin apple slices on a skewer

Ingredients

½ ounce Fusion Napa Valley verjus blanc
¼ ounce fresh juice
2 drops Salt Solution
3 ounces Normandy sparkling apple cider
Garnish: 5 thin apple slices on a skewer

Method

Combine all the ingredients (except the cider) in a wineglass. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir until chilled. Top with the cider and stir gently to combine. Garnish with the apple slices.
