Ingredients: 1 ounce Chamomile-Infused Rye Whiskey; 1½ ounces La Gitana manzanilla sherry; ½ ounce yellow Chartreuse; ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice; ½ ounce simple syrup; 1 dash Angostura bitters

Method

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish.
