- ½ ounce Giffard Banane du Brésil
- ½ teaspoon Demerara Gum Syrup

Method
Rinse a chilled Old-Fashioned glass with absinthe and dump. Stir the remaining ingredients over ice, then strain into the glass. Express the lemon twist over the drink and discard.
