Ingredients
- 1¾ ounces
- ¼ ounce Neisson blanc
- 1 ounce fresh juice
- ¾ ounce simple syrup
- Garnish: 1 wedge
Method
Shake all the ingredients with 1 large ice cube until very cold and frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the lime wedge.
