Ingredients: 1½ ounces brandy; ¾ ounce lemon juice; ½ ounce orgeat; 1 egg white; 2 ounces soda water; Garnish: lemon twist

Method

Shake the brandy, citrus, orgeat, and egg white without ice, then shake with ice. Strain into a tall glass, top with soda, and garnish.
