Ingredients: 1½ ounces Laird’s 100-proof straight apple brandy; ½ ounce Clear Creek 2-year apple brandy; ¾ ounce fresh lime juice; ¾ ounce House Grenadine; Garnish: 1 apple slice

Method

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the apple slice.
