White Honey Syrup

Ingredients

• 500 grams raw white honey
• 500 grams hot water

Method

Combine the honey and water in a heatproof bowl and stir until thoroughly blended. Transfer to a storage container and refrigerate until ready to use, up to 4 weeks.
